We offer compassionate and professional In-home estate sales. A stress-free and convenient way of liquidating merchandise for various reasons: to settle a family estate; relocating from a house to an apartment or assisted-living space; retirement; bankruptcies or foreclosures; loss of a loved one.
Our estate sales are an open house for antique buyers and dealers, collectors, decorators, bargain hunters seeking treasures to re-sell and casual shoppers out to purchase a gently-used personal, home and/or office items for sale in a casual and friendly atmosphere.
We are fully insured and legally registered with the state of Massachusetts for your peace of mind.

MARKETING: Kim is a professional graphic designer/marketing specialist with
over 35 years of experience. We market your sale extensively BEFORE & DURING
using high traffic internet social media as well as professional flyers posted
throughout your town. We bring hundreds of shoppers to your home during the
sale. Our customers line up 50 more or deep at the start!
INTERNET ADVERTISING: We advertise BEFORE AND DURING the sale as well as after we leave the home on the first day for the 2nd day of the sale. We use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Our Website, YouTube, Estatesales.org, Estatesales.net, Estatesales.com, Craigslist, our online email database, as well as 40-50 media pages related to in-home sales!
PRE-SELL: We will pre-sell difficult to sell items prior to the sale date.
PHOTOS & VIDEO: We take 100’s of crystal clear high-res photos AND video. A beautiful online gallery is created.
PROFESSIONALLY STAGE: We stage items to look like a store and constantly change the display during the
sale and re-stage the sale prior to the following day, so it always looks new and inviting. EVERY ITEM IS PRICED.
SIGNAGE: We use professional brightly colored signs (on the streets) to NAVIGATE customers to your sale.

EXPERIENCE: Together, Kim and Kristin have over 30 combined years of experience in the field. Kristin owned a consign-
ment store for 18 years and is very familiar with vintage and antique items, and a natural salesperson.
APPRAISAL: Sisters will not hesitate to hire a professional appraiser (at our expense) if we are unfamiliar
with an item, to ensure you get the most money.
STAFF: We HIRE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS SALES STAFF for every sale.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept all credit cards, which increases sales by 35%.
SALES REPORTS: We will provide you with an ITEMIZED INVENTORY hard copy of items that sold and the price.
FEES: You will never find any HIDDEN FEES. Pay NOTHING up front! Never a charge for Consultation.
